The Armor WB15 is a professional-grade water-based acrylic concrete sealer designed to enhance and protect concrete and pavers with a low gloss wet look finish. Made from non-recycled US-manufactured resins, this concrete sealer is designed to out-look, out-last, and out-perform. The Armor WB15 is designed to protect concrete and pavers from vehicle and foot traffic, exposure to the elements, snow and ice, water absorption, and more.

• READY TO USE: The Armor WB15 can be applied to a properly cleaned and prepped surface with a roller or sprayer. One gallon covers up to 175-225 square feet per gallon.
• WATER-BASED, LOW ODOR, LOW VOC: The Armor WB15 is low VOC and low odor, making it a preferred concrete sealer for interior and exterior concrete and paver applications.
• VERSATILE: The Armor WB15 can be used on a variety of concrete surfaces including poured concrete, broom finished concrete, stamped concrete, and concrete pavers. Common applications include driveways, walkways, patios, sidewalks, curbing, walls, and more!

The Armor WB15 can be applied with a 3/8-1/2” nap roller, or a commercial pump sprayer. For a consistent low gloss finish, apply two coats spaced 6-8 hours apart. Do not exceed 24 hours apart between coats.

Time Of Day

The Armor WB15 should only be applied in the early evening when air and surface temperatures are declining, and when the sun is no longer positioned over the surface.

Surface Preparation

The Armor WB15 should be applied to a completely clean and dry surface. If the surface was cleaned with water or pressure washed prior to application, allow the surface to dry for at least 24 hours before sealing. While the surface may appear dry and feel dry to touch, water below the surface trapped in the pores can cause the issues. While pressure washing the surface is typically sufficient, spot treatment may be necessary for deep or older stains.

The Armor WB15 is designed specifically to be used on unsealed porous concrete and concrete pavers. It can also be applied to concrete and concrete paver surfaces previously sealed with a water based acrylic as long as the acrylic has been properly prepped for adhesion. The Armor WB15 should not be used on smooth or dense concrete surfaces. It is always suggested to apply the Armor WB15 to a test area to verify absorption, coverage, compatibility, and project suitability.

The Armor WB15 should not be used to seal clay brick, red Chicago pavers, flagstone, slate, or natural stone. If you are looking to seal clay brick, red Chicago pavers, flagstone, slate, or natural stone, consider instead of the Armor WL550 or the Armor SX5000 WB.

Note About Sealing Pavers:

Please note, while the Armor WB15 can be applied over paver joints, it is not designed as a bonding agent and will not harden or bond the loose sand in the paver joints. If applying with a roller, loose sand in the joints may cling to the roller and be redistributed across the pavers. For best results, apply first coat with a sprayer if you are applying to pavers with loose sand in the paver joints.

When applying to porous pavers, gloss level may be reduced, and more material may be required to achieve desired finish.

Adding Non-Slip: For added surface traction, the Armor Non-Slip additive can be applied in the top coat. The ultra-fine Armor Non-Slip additive works best in the Armor WB15.  Slowly drill mix 3-6.5 ounces of non-slip additive per gallon of sealer, until completely blended, then apply.

Porous Surfaces: Up to 175 square feet per gallon in one coat.
Smooth Surfaces (once properly prepped): Up to 200-225 square feet per gallon in one coat.

Coverage will vary depending on porosity, surface condition, application method, and the amount of material applied by the applicator. The above coverage rates are estimates and will vary. Two coats are suggested for even coverage and appearance.

The Armor WB15 can’t be applied over any other film forming sealer, other than a water-based acrylic sealer. It can’t be applied over a water based acrylic, an acrylic latex, a paint, epoxy, or urethane.
